After receiving my bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in economics I spent a year working on the ski slopes before joining the OFS team. Since 2010 I have passionately dedicated my career to developing OFS into a premier factoring company. Ensuring every client is satisfied in each and every transaction and making myself available 24/7 is all I know. I will go to whatever lengths necessary to keep our clients satisfied, and do all in my power to assist in your business’ success.
Credit & Collections Manager
As the Credit and Collections manager of OFS for the past 5 years, relationship building collection techniques has been my focus and recipe for success. I place a strong emphasis on excellent customer experience for both internal and external clients. I enjoy learning about our clients’ businesses and designing an approach with their collections to be both effective with risk mitigation and supportive to strengthening the relationship our clients have with their customers.

I’ve been a part of OFS for over 5 years on our Collections team. I strive to provide accuracy to all accounts, reliability to our clients and to be adaptive to all situations that come with the industry. Thanks to our clients who entrust us with their business and communications with their customers, I’ve been able to expand my knowledge of credit & collections and develop strong client relationships. I enjoy working with OFS – a small family-owned business that cares about their employees, clients and customers.

Outsource Financial Services was founded in 2005 in Denver, Colorado. Our founders Sam and Bobbye Marcove, each having more than a quarter century of experience in supply chain and logistics solutions, brought an expertise in credit risk mitigation, and revenue cycle as well as cash flow management. More importantly they made certain OFS would uphold the same high level business principles of integrity, transparency, fairness and customer service that had made them so successful in their other businesses.
